Fortress Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures a variety of products on Multi-spindle Screw Machines, including

New Britains, Davenports and Davenport Chuckers.

 

Special capabilities include the ability to drill small diameters, deep holes in small linkages, cable ends and connectors.
The Davenport Chuckers are setup with vibratory feeding to handle high volume parts and Cold Headed parts that 
require Secondary Operations to complete. 

 

 

Along with our Multi-Spindle Screw Machines, we have Automatic Bar Feed Machines that contribute towards our

production capacity. We produce parts in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and materials up to 2.250” in diameter.

We can also chuck individual work pieces to complete secondary operations.
